The fabric, TEXAPORE AIR O3+, is a lightweight, waterproof and windproof 3 layer laminate with outstanding breathability performance (MVTR: 30,000 g/m2/24 h) – and that's just when you are standing still! During high aerobic output this value increases, since the membrane is also air permeable. This means that air exchange occurs through the fabric, which improves the wear climate significantly. Water resistant zips save valuable weight and the front zip is offset, which prevents the zip pullers on the various garments in the layering system bunching uncomfortably at the neck.
